Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Vantablack isn't performing as well as it used to, while it can at times get Power1, this is mostly due to rarity rather than it actually having good demand in trades. Its a rare item which means only collectors actually care for it, and most normal traders would rather trade for something else (this applies to both clean and the dupe variants).
While duped Vantablack gets the same offers as the clean one, the dupe variant is more avoided in trades, and is even lowballed at times, due to some traders not wanting to trade for a duped item. Despite this however, majority of traders are more than willing to give 25M for a duped Vantablack, therefore that will be its value.
