Hyper Green Lvl5 is obtainable from both Bank Robberies, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Green LVL5 has peaked, majority of its owners are already trading them away, and the demand for it has decreased significantly. While its still doing well, and can even get good overpays, the demand is simply not anywhere near other high demanded items (such as Power1), and its no longer a hyped item.
With HyperGreen as a whole slowing down, a lot less traders are willing to trade for Green LVL5's, more specifically the duped one. While the clean one is still performing quite well, with it often going for base/slight overpays in mid-good demands, the same cannot be said for the duped variant. The duped variant is usually traded for base in mid demands, and sometimes lowballs in higher demands. The demand of duped Green LVL5 is comparable to that of Vantablack, Celsior or clean Orange LVL5.
