Hyper Green Lvl5 is obtainable from both Bank Robberies, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Most traders aren't interested in trading for Green LVL5 anymore. Its slowly coming back to where it used to be demand wise: just an average hyper that's occasionally looked for. Its currently most similar to other LVL5's such as Yellow or Red/Purple, despite being higher demand currently.
Duped Green LVL5 has been performing significantly worse than its clean variant. It has also been performing noticeably worse than other items around its price range, such as clean Celsior or Vantablack, and is more comparable to other below average items such as duped Vantablack or duped Torpedo. When people try to trade duped Green LVL5 + adds for a clean one, they usually have to overpay, as the duped variant is significantly worse than the clean one.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
