Hyper Orange Lvl5 is obtainable from the Museum Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
All LVL5's are currently performing quite well, Orange LVL5 is no exception to this. A week ago it was heavily avoided and even lowballed at times, however now a lot of traders want to trade for it, some even giving overpays, due to it starting to recover in trading (alongside the other LVL5's) at the moment.
Orange LVL5 as a whole isn't performing all that well ever since Green LVL5 has been on the rise, the duped variant in particular has been performing significantly worse than before. With some owners trading it off for as low as Power1 without any adds, or a ~27M downgrade. This isn't looked for by traders all that much (definitely nowhere near the clean variant which is also at average), therefore the demand needs to change.
