Hyper Yellow Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo and Passenger Train Robberies, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
For the quite a while now, Yellow LVL5 has been sitting in Below Average which is just not true and completely wrong. With most owners wanting a cheap Hyperchrome or are on a budget and not willing to spend much, Yellow LVL5 is always the best option, as it is budget friendly and affordable. Recently with all the hypers recovering and getting more attention after the Hypers crashed, Yellow LVL5 has gotten more attention than it used to. Putting it at average makes it more accurate and justifies its real current demand. This is not a rise but rather an accuracy change. Suggestion made by: @mydogsnameisellie
Similarly to its clean variant, duped Yellow LVL5 is also starting to recover in trading. While previously it couldn't get 17M (or even 16M at times), now it can quite easily get 17M due to it recovering, and more traders are willing to trade for it as compared to before.
