Hyper Red Lvl4 is obtainable from the Tomb Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Red LVL4 is currently performing pretty good, with it consistently going for base value in mid demands (and even high demands at times), and even being able to get slight overpays in low-mid demanded items. Its very similar in demand to other average items such as Beam Hybrid, Vantablack or Orange LVL5.
