Hyper Red Lvl4 is obtainable from the Tomb Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
While not as good as Diamond LVL4, Red LVL4 still performs relatively well in trading. With people having more time to grind hyperchromes, LVL3-4 hyperchromes are currently more sought after than LVL5 ones, Red LVL4 being no exception to this. It can easily get 23M in good demands (and sometimes overpays due to its rarity), and even go for Power1 while only adding 2-2.5M (despite Power1 being higher demand).
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
