Hyper Diamond Lvl4 is obtainable from the Jewelry Store Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Diamond LVL4 isn't performing that bad anymore. It can often go for 28M offers in high demands, and even getting more in mid demands (such as Celsior + Orion). This is also generally impossible to lowball now, as opposed to before when Power1 with little to no adds could get it. This is simply not possible anymore, as most Diamond LVL4 owners demand base value for it now, sometimes more.
