Hyper Diamond Lvl4 is obtainable from the Jewelry Store Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Diamond LVL4 continues to perform terribly in trading, with it usually never getting base value, and now only going for around 23-24M, with some even taking less. With Diamond LVL5 still performing terribly, the same is happening with Diamond LVL4, with it currently being the most unwanted LVL4. Therefore another drop is required as it is still unable of getting anywhere near its base value.
