Hyper Pink Lvl4 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
With most LVL4's dropping in demand and pull value, because of the grinding season passing, the same is happening with Pink LVL4. While it could easily get pretty good overpays before, now it usually only goes for base value (albeit small overpays at times), and is nowhere near as good as it once was. This simply isn't comparable to any other above average demanded items right now, and is most similar to other LVL4's.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
