Hyper Pink Lvl4 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Hyperchromes in general have seen a resurgence in demand due to the onset of Summer. Grinders and regular traders are interested in getting their hands on them. Particularly the main LVL4's, Pink being no exception to this. Traders are gladly giving base or even overpays for Pink LVL4 in good demand, or fair downgrades if Pink LVL4 is in the trade. You can't argue its rarity causing this, since it has similar MU compared to Red LVL4 (which just rose to above average). Hyperchromes tend to perform well during these seasonal shifts, especially the LVL3-4's since they return the most profit when grinding. It just makes little sense to keep this as average, a demand tier below Purple/Red LVL4's when the difference between them isn't that significant at the moment. Suggestion made by: @mxralism
