Hyper Green Lvl4 is obtainable from both Bank Robberies, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
With Green LVL5 mostly dying off in demand, Green LVL4 has slowly but surely followed it. Even despite most LVL4's doing quite well currently, Green LVL4 isn't particularly wanted, and is interchangeable with Orange LVL4 (which is already at average demand).
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
