Hyper Pink Lvl3 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl3 one, you need to have a lvl2 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Similarly to Diamond LVL3, Pink LVL3 isn't all too wanted, and is generally a lot worse compared to every other LVL3 (aside from Diamond). While it can quite consistently get base in mid-good demanded, this is purely because it's a grinders item and only grinders are willing to trade that much for it. While regular traders don't usually trade for this item, they also don't really avoid it (compared to Diamond LVL3), solidifying it as a below average item.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
