Hyper Pink Lvl3 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl3 one, you need to have a lvl2 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Pink LVL3 has gotten noticeably worse over the past days, mainly due to the unstableness of its higher LVL's, which made it unattractive for grinders. It can still get base or small overpays in lower demanded items but a demand drop is needed to reflect what it goes for right now.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
