Hyper Orange Lvl4 is obtainable from the Museum Robbery, in order to get a lvl4 one, you need to have a lvl3 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Orange LVL4 at ‘below average’ demand, is definitely a little bit harsh. Majority of the LVL4's are mostly gaining demand and interest (aside from Diamond) and are starting to stabilize. With Green and Yellow LVL4 already at average, it only makes sense that the other colors that are practically performing the same in trading also get average and deserve that. They can frequently pull base in decent demand, Orange LVL4 getting Arachnid commonly. Suggestion made by: @abedaape
