Hyper Purple Lvl3 is obtainable from the Power Plant Robbery, in order to get a lvl3 one, you need to have a lvl2 hyperchrome in your inventory.
While Purple LVL3 has not been performing much worse than before, this is rather an accuracy change due to its demand reducing over the past couple weeks as the grind season has ended. It is no longer comparable to other hypers like Red LVL3, therefore a demand change is needed.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
