Hyper Diamond Lvl3 is obtainable from the Jewelry Store Robbery, in order to get a lvl3 one, you need to have a lvl2 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Diamond LVL3 is still performing quite poorly in trading, but with Diamond LVL5 currently performing amazingly, the entire lineup has started to get better, and this one is no exception. It's not quite as bad as something like duped Void in terms of demand anymore, and the lowballs aren't as heavy as before (currently around 1-1.5M depending on the offer), which is why the demand is being changed to low.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
