Diamond LVL3, unlike every other LVL3 is performing quite terribly, with it almost always being traded for underpays and generally being quite avoided in trading. A lot of traders would much rather trade for Blue LVL3, or even Pink LVL3 as compared to this, due to the fact that LVL4 Diamond is also quite terrible, and LVL5 one is quite mid in trading as of currently.
