Hyper Purple Lvl5 is obtainable from the Power Plant Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
With Purple LVL5 not dropping as harshly as higher valued hyperchromes (such as Diamond), its already starting to slowly recover in demand. It can often get base value in good demanded items, and can even at times get overpays in low-mid demand items (this applies to both variants, however the dupe usually only goes for base value).
Duped Purple LVL5 performs rather similarly to its clean variant. They can both get base value relatively easily, and can both sometimes get slight overpays. They are both looked for equally as much (however the clean one may sometimes be more prefered in trades).
