Hyper Pink Lvl5 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Pink LVL5 continues to perform pretty terribly in trading, with it usually not even going for base value in low demands, and only really going for lowballs ranging from 56-57M. While it's a lot rarer than its duped variant, it's also struggling similarly to it (albeit not as much), due to its incredibly high value, which makes most traders not want to trade for it. This likely won't be it's last drop therefore the dropping tag is being added, alongside this value drop, both of which are necessary to maintain accuracy.
Duped Pink LVL5 continues to perform pretty terribly in trading, its continuously being traded for underpays, usually around 43-44M (or less), and almost never gets base value currently. Most of its owners are trading it away for hefty underpays, due to how terribly it currently performs. Because of this, another value drop is necessary.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
