Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Blue LVL5 is an insanely rare item to spot, which makes it quite a sought after item by traders. It can often get overpays of around 49-51M (and at times even more), due to how hard it is to come across a clean Blue LVL5, considering that majority of them are dupes. As a result, it's practically impossible to get for 47M, and even quite difficult for 48M, therefore it's value should be increased to reflect how it performs in trading.
Duped Blue LVL5 has been performing poorly for some time now. It is noticeably worse than duped Pink LVL5 and often avoided/lowballed while being at the same value & demand, a demand drop is needed to better reflect what it currently goes for in trading.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
