Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Blue LVL5 continues to perform phenomenally in trading. It can consistently get overpays of up to 53-54M (and even more at times), and is practically impossible to get for base value due to its scarcity and demand in trading. It's most common offers include: Javelin + 3.5-4M limited add, Pink LVL5 + Aperture or Beignet + Diamond LVL3.
With Clean Blue LVL5 performing phenomenally currently, and being quite difficult to get without overpaying a lot, some traders have decided to trade for the duped variant instead. Before it was mostly getting base in mid demands, and was mostly overshadowed by its clean variant, however now its actually doing quite well, and can often get base in good demands (such as Beignet). It also performs quite similarly (if not a bit better) than duped Diamond/Pink LVL5, and those are currently at average.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
