Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Blue LVL5 continues to perform insanely well in trading, often getting extreme overpays (56M+) due to how difficult it is to find, and due to it's amazing demand at the moment. This is basically impossible to get without overpaying by atleast a few millions, and it will likely continue to go up as it isn't showing any signs of stopping.
With the clean variant performing as good as it is, it shouldn't be a surprise that duped Blue LVL5 is also starting to attract a little attention. While it doesn't get nearly the same overpays as its clean variant, it still performs quite well, and some owners even decline Beignet for theirs. With the gap between duped and clean becoming larger everyday, it's not a surprise that more people are interested in trading for the duped variant, due to it being much cheaper.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
