Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
With more people being interested in hyper grinding, there's a lot less interest in trading for LVL5's, Blue being one of them. While it can still get good overpays, its nowhere near as good as it once was, and generally Blue LVL4 gets way better overpays than Blue LVL5 does (its demand is lower due to it being rarer).
Due to how common duped Blue LVL5 is, it's usually lowballed, with it struggling to get over 40M in similar demands (such as duped Pink LVL5 and adds), as most traders would rather trade for the clean variant, which is exceptionally hard to find and gets frequent overpays as a result. People often tend to trade their duped Blue for duped Pink, occasionally even giving small add to go with it, due to duped Pink being slightly better than duped Blue currently. It's most common offers include: Duped Pink LVL5 (Blue side occasionally adds), Checker + adds (around 1-1.5M) or Duped Red/Purple LVL5 + Aperture.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
