Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Blue LVL5 continues to perform phenomenally in trading, with it almost always going for overpays at the moment. Currently, it most often goes for 48M+ offers (with it even being able to get Javelin, and at times even more), which is may more than its current 45M price tag would suggest, therefore a value change is needed to reflect how it currently performs in trading.
While Blue LVL5 is still performing well, its no longer performing as well as it once was, and while it can still get good overpays, its not getting as much as it once was. Duped Blue LVL5 has been also seen pulling noticeably less overpays as compared to before, and generally having much worse demand than the clean one due to it being much more common to spot.
