Hyper Blue Lvl5 is obtainable from the Cargo Plane Robbery, in order to get a lvl5 one, you need to have a lvl4 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Despite Blue LVL5's hype already fading away, it still continues to get upwards of ~61M, with it even getting more at times. Main factor of its overpays are its sheer rarity, being the rarest LVL5, which makes most owners not want to take base value for it as a result. It consistently gets overpays, and getting it for base is impossible, therefore another rise is required.
Duped Blue LVL5 is one of two outstanding duped hypers next to duped pink. It keeps performing way better than items of higher demand than itself. Owners will not take base (not even in high demand) they usually look for decent op with high demand. Beignet being an example of this, despite Beignet's rise in demand, Beignet users have to add a decent amount to be able to acquire duped Blue LVL5. It's most common offers include: Diamond LVL5 (Blue side usually declines due to demand and Diamond dropping), Beignet + Polaire or Proto-8 + Katana/Goliath. Suggestion made by: @tu_madre_xd465
