Hyper Diamond Lvl2 is obtainable from the Jewelry Store Robbery, in order to get a lvl2 one, you need to have a lvl1 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
While Diamond LVL2 is performing quite alright, its simply nowhere near the same level of demand as other average demanded items. While it can get 3M cars with relative ease (such as Brulee), this is mainly from grinders which look for the hyper in order to level it up to higher levels.
