Hyper Diamond Lvl2 is obtainable from the Jewelry Store Robbery, in order to get a lvl2 one, you need to have a lvl1 hyperchrome in your inventory.
While a few days ago, Blue LVL2 was performing better than Diamond LVL2, now they perform rather similarly. Its most often traded for 3M cars (such as Airtail or Brulee), or other 3M items such as Yellow LVL3, all of which Diamond LVL2 and Blue LVL2 get with relative ease. Diamond LVL2 is no longer worse than Blue LVL2, therefore its demand should be changed to average to further reflect that.
