Hyper Pink Lvl2 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl2 one, you need to have a lvl1 hyperchrome in your inventory.
After its quick rises, Pink LVL2 has becoming quite forgotten and not a lot of people are willing to trade for this item, it does not get other average demanded 2.5M items such as Bloxy/Wedge at all, and is more commonly traded for cars like Poseidon/Cobra. Therefore a demand drop is needed.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
