Hyper Pink Lvl2 is obtainable from the Crown Jewel (also known as Casino) Robbery, in order to get a lvl2 one, you need to have a lvl1 hyperchrome in your inventory.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
While Pink LVL2 can get decent offers at times, the actual demand for it is pretty low. It can consistently get other 1.25M items however, and can even get Revox/JBX at times, however this is mainly from grinders that look for the hyper to level it up. Most normal traders wouldn't be willing to trade for it, however it still performs quite well in trades.
