The Spinner was previously obtainable through safes (costing 750 per safe) between May 27th - June 4th 2017.
Unlike RTX, Spinner is actually performing quite well in trading, with it often getting base value in mid-good demands, and occasionally even overpays (such as M12). The clean variant is quite hard to spot in trading, due to over 40% of total copies being dupes, and most likely even higher percentage in circulation, which causes most traders to start giving good offers for one, and even overpay.
Duped Spinner, similarly to its clean variant, is also performing quite poorly. With most traders lowballing for this due to it being a dupe, which most people don't want. It struggles to get 12M, despite its current value of 12.5M.
