The Blue Portal Rim was previously obtained by buying the Walmart Discovery Pass for 199 robux during the Walmart Event. After the event ended the rim became limited and tradeable.
Blue Portal has been performing quite well for a low valued cosmetic. It can get 1.5M vehicles such as Revox or JBX quite consistently, and can even at times get Manga. While it's still a bit worse than Manga, it isn't so much worse to be a whole demand tier below it, and Blue Portal has proven itself to be quite a wanted item by many traders.
