The RTX rim was obtainable in Season 5. "Let the Memes Begin" by reaching level 9.
RTX is one of the rarest rims in the game right now, having a monthly unique of 129 and having an insanely low 2.7k total copies. RTX isn't really a forgotten rim either, which means most likely most of it's copies are being traded and being counted within the monthly unique. Leaving it at rare just doesn't make sense since you'd basically be comparing it to rims like Sakura or Sparkler, which RTX is way rarer than them. RTX is still doing horrible in trading, but you can't deny the fact that it is one of the rarest rims in the game. Suggestion made by: @janisz_.
