The RTX rim was obtainable in Season 5. "Let the Memes Begin" by reaching level 9.
RTX hasn't improved by much, but it's not doing as badly as before. Right now, it sits around the same level as Diamond LVL3, if not slightly better, and above duped Void. It's also not worse than M12 and can often get one + adds, mainly because of how badly M12 has been performing. This has helped push RTX up slightly.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
