The RTX rim was obtainable in Season 5. "Let the Memes Begin" by reaching level 9.
While RTX isn't recovering or performing any better, it simply doesn't perform as terribly as other very low demanded cosmetics (such as Noob Scream), and performs rather similarly to low demanded ones (such as Duped Spinner). It can now commonly get base from normal traders, and even overpays at times from collectors.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
