The Icicle rim was obtainable in Season 7: "Ice Cold" by reaching level 5.
Icicle, being from one of the hardest seasons to grind, is an extremely rare cosmetic that you don't see often, other season pass items from season 7 such as the hot chocolate tub are already rated extremely rare and icicle is pretty much just as rare as the chocolate tub. It's rarity can also be compared to other extremely rare rims such as centerlock or iron lock, having similar monthly uniques and total copies. Suggestion made by: @janisz_.
