The Laser Cannon was obtainable in Season 13: "Become a Supervillain" by reaching level 9.
Laser Cannon still performs amazingly in trading, but not enough to justify it being the most demanded cosmetic. This is mainly a value issue rather than a demand one. It can still consistently get 1-1.5M overpays, but it is no longer as sought after as before, therefore, it should have an increase in value instead.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
