Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Spark is quite a rare item to spot in trading, with it being from a pretty forgettable season and having a quite low MU count of only around ~210. While that is pretty high, it is a lot more difficult to spot compared to other uncommon drifts (such as Oceanwater), and is similar in rarity to other rare drifts (like Jungle Vine).
