The Spark was obtainable in Season 20: "Apocalypse" by reaching level 7.
Spark Drift being at very low is definitely really harsh considering similar drifts such as Neo-Static and Oceanwater were moved up, which both have similar demand and are on par with Spark. It being a somewhat rare drift, it can easily get an item such as Cobra/Poseidon (which are both on below average) and sometimes owners even decline, looking for an item like Wedge/Bloxy.
