The Bloxxer Drift was obtainable in Season 29: "Classic Roblox" by reaching level 7.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Bloxxer drift is actually surprisingly rare. Despite being 2 seasons old, it has an mu of ~190 which is really low when you compare it to other rare items. For example Spark has a mu ~174 and has the rare rarity, so why should Bloxxer not also have it. On top of that other drifts with the uncommon rarity that Bloxxer currently has, are way more common and has more rarity such as Brickset drift with mu of ~357. Overall; this drift is just really rare right now and is not uncommon nor should it be considered that at the moment. Suggestion made by: @abedaape
