Neo-Static is quite a decent item in trading. It can often get base value in good demands (with it often getting Striker, Frost Crawler or Pink LVL2), and rarely even overpays (such as Revox or JBX). Its demand is quite good, comparable to other low demanded items at this price range (such as Blue Portal).
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
