Blue Fire was obtainable by being in a crew which was 1st on the crew leaderboard. Since crews were removed, this became limited and tradeable.
Blue Fire continues to perform terribly in trading, with it mostly going for underpays ranging from 27.5-28M, and never more than that. It isn't really unstable and can consistently go for 27.5-28M in low-mid demands (less in higher demand), therefore the tag should be removed from it.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
