Blue Fire was obtainable by being in a crew which was 1st on the crew leaderboard. Since crews were removed, this became limited and tradeable.
Blue Fire has been improving for quite some time now. While it isn't actively looked for, it performs quite well for a drift, often going for base, or even small overpays. It is no longer performing poorly like before and has settled into an average drift in trading, occasionally even pulling base in higher-demand trades.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
