The Spiked was obtainable in Season 20: "Apocalypse" by reaching level 9.
Spiked is slowly going back to where it used to be demand wise, that being a mid demanded item which only collectors trade for. While it's unlikely that it will drop, it just simply isn't doing as good as it was doing a few days ago, therefore a demand drop is necessary.
