The Dino Egg tire was obtainable in Season 33: "Jurassic" by reaching level 9.
Dino Egg being the most recent L9 reward from the newest season, it has been doing quite alright. It's not particularly looked for by much traders, however it can get 750K items with relative ease, such as Aquatic, Extinction Event or Robowing.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
