The Snowchain Tire was obtainable in Season 19: "Freezing Cold" by reaching level 7.
While it's nowhere near as good as Snow Trail, Snowchain has been gaining some attention in trading lately. This tire style is able to get Wedge or Bloxy relatively easily, and can even occasionally get Polaire. Its demand is more comparable to an item like Japanese or Aurora drift at this point in time, hence the demand raise to "Average".
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
