Digital Confetti is most definitely NOT a common texture to come across. With an mu of around ~435, and it being from season 3 which was like over 5 years ago it really is not a common texture to come across. Comparing it with another common like tiger which sits at ~774 mu, you can see the big jump in mu from both 'common' rarity textures. A different uncommon texture such as White Marble which has an mu of ~529, and has the 'uncommon' rarity even though clearly being more common the Digital Confetti. Suggestion made by: @abedaape
