The UFO Spoiler was obtainable by reaching level 50 on the criminal team in OG Season 4. Alongside that you needed to buy it for 30k cash.
UFO with a MU count of 490, is way rarer than other items placed at common like Radiant Ice, which has 6x its MU, or Nemesis drift, which has double its MU. UFO is already quite rarer than other items which have been placed at uncommon like White Marble or Sawblade rims. Suggestion made by: @vexxloll
