Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Bamboo Shooter's current MU count is at ~150, which is similar to most other very rare items (such as Spider Leg), and as it's from a very forgettable season which many players didn't like, its no surprise that its a very rare item to spot in trading.
