The Thrusters was obtainable in Season 2: "Out of This World" by reaching level 9.
Clean Thrusters have been performing by far the best out of the 3 top tier cosmetics, commonly receiving overpays (often reaching up to 37.5-38M), and actively being sought after by many traders. However, it's clear that Thrusters has fully recovered, so while a demand rise is needed, recovering tag will be removed along with it.
As clean Thruster is doing quite well, more and more people are interested in trading for the duped one. It commonly goes for base in good demands (and at times even slight overpay), and owners frequently decline Torpedo for it (despite it currently being lower demand than it).
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
