Bicycle Rack

Bicycle Rack hasn't been performing well at all recently. Before, with one hoarder owning most copies, people were willing to trade for it knowing they could flip it to collectors. Ever since it was widely distributed, though, interest has died down since it's much easier to get. While it hasn't noticeably declined, it doesn't perform any better than Snow Shovel or 2Billion, which both get base/small overpays from collectors. It's also nowhere near Snow Face, which even non-collectors are willing to overpay for.
