It's demand has only came from the fact that its hoarded, and since the hoarder isn't offering any particular overpays, the demand for this has completely died down as a result. Surfboard Rack is mostly a collectors item and not a very good one at that too, and it's nowhere near the same demand as Orange Pixel or Gold.
