Surfboard Rack

Surfboard rack being at minimal demand, is very harsh. Due to it being hoarded and one person having almost 300, it’s an extremely rare item to see and its demand just is not minimal. You can bring up the argument that it’s demand only comes from the hoarders, but I’ve seen lots of people in island and the average trader gladly give any 1.5M for it, which should result in a demand jump for this item.
