The Blue Chute was obtainable by reaching level 25 on the police team in OG Season 4. Alongside that you needed to buy it for 20k cash.
It's become apparent that Blue Chute hoarders are now giving 3M (or even 3.5M at times) for a single chute, which means that the projected tag should be added. Normal traders still only give 2.5M for it however, it's only hoarders that give anything more for it.
