Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
This item is placed at an MU count of ~192 which is quite similar to other rare items such as Surfboard Rack which has an mu of ~210 which is more than Flamethrowers MU or Dual Flags or even Fore , this item was a season pass exclusive as well which mainly supports its claim to be rare. This spoiler is simply not as rare as other spoilers placed at uncommon such as Orange Chute or Robowing which has more than double its mu. Suggestion made by: @vexxloll
