Neo-Runner is one of the more beloved low-tier cosmetics due to its design and rarity. Its become a lot harder to find on island, and every owner will refuse base, and 250K ops commonly. Most owners even refuse 1M in other limiteds aswell. Neo-Runner can easily be traded for other 750K cosmetics, and doesn't really compare to many 500K items. While it isn't the oldest rim, it definitely doesn't deserve 500K. Its most common offers include: Sawblade Rims, Aquatic, OG Rocket Thrusters or 1M vehicles + small adds.
