Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Compass's current MU count is at ~93, which is similar to most other very rare items (such as Handcuff or 3Billion Tire), and even lower than some very rare items (such as 80's Style Tire which is at ~130), despite Compass being at rare.
