The Nemesis was obtainable by reaching level 20 on the criminal team in OG Season 3. Alongside that you needed to buy it for 5k cash.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Similar to Distorted, the Nemesis Rim is also rather rare to find, with a monthly unique count of ~180, which is similar to other rims with the "rare" rarity such as Hypno (~200 MU) or Snowflake (~240 MU), and has a similar frequency to be seen in trading, being fairly rare and hard to find. It also is much rarer than other rims that are labeled as "uncommon," such as Scope, Gunfire, and Peppermint, which are all found much more commonly than this rim. Overall this rim is extremely similar to Distorted, not only is it old and has a low monthly unique count, but it also has a similar frequency to be seen in trading as other cosmetics at "rare".
