Energized

Energized is quite a rare rim to find. It sits at an mu of ~155, which is already very low for an 'uncommon rim'. Comparing it to a fellow 'rare rim' such as Neo-Runner which has an mu of ~150 (just slightly less). Another comparison for this is Beachball which has the 'rare' rarity with around ~207 mu (slightly more mu then energized). It definitely fits in the 'rare' category more then uncommon because theirs no way its in the say category as something like Blueportal with a ~539 mu.
