The Fiasco was added in early September of 2023. It was obtainable with a 5% chance from the Tier 1 Safe (also known as the "Common Safe"), which costed 5K per safe. The Fiasco is the second ever safe vehicle to be included in a safe, and at the same time the second safe vehicle to be retired (after the Shell Classic). It was replaced by the Expeditioner in early May of 2025 and became unobtainable. The Fiasco was designed to be the Jailbreak version of the Fiat 500. The vehicle was modeled by Mr.Oof.

With Fiasco being a limited now, and having a relatively low MU count for a very common item (only ~1.8K), its currently among the lowest MU's for very common cars, infact being more similar to other common cars such as UFO (~1.7K MU) or Monster (~1.5K MU), and having way smaller MU than very common cars such as Successor (~3.3K MU) or Hammerhead (~6.9K MU).
