The Blue50 Tire was obtainable by reaching level 50 on the police team in OG Season 3. Alongside that you needed to buy it for 10k cash.
Blue50 has only become more wanted and scarce overtime as more people gatekeep it (often to use for flex customisations). As a result, Blue50 is no longer pullable with 7M anymore and most of the time you wll have to give up between 7.5-8M (sometimes even more) to get your hands on one, therefore its value is being increased as an accuracy change.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
