The X-treme Aero was obtainable in Season 32: "Street Racers" by reaching level 2.
Most people treat this as a trash add in trades, there's no real reason to trade for X-treme Aero, especially right now when you can still get it very easily. Despite this, it has no issues getting other 100K items like Flame Spitter, Brick Kar-1 Spoiler or Mystic Rims.
