The Boneclaw was obtainable in Season 33: "Jurassic" by reaching level 2.
Most people treat this as a trash add in trades, there's no real reason to trade for Boneclaw, especially right now when you can still get it very easily. Despite this, it has no issues getting other 100K items like Flame Spitter, Brick Kar-1 Spoiler or Mystic Rims.
