The Scythes was obtainable in Season 20: "Apocalypse" by reaching level 2.
Scythes, is a fairly common item to find in trading, however it is not on the level of 'very common.' Its MU is currently ~1.2K, lower than 'very common' spoilers such as Roblox-R with ~1.8K MU or Skyline with ~3.3K MU, and is much closer in rarity to 'common' spoilers such as Yarg Cap. Again, while Scythes is fairly common to find in trading, it is not as common as 'very common' would suggest, and 'common' matches it better. Suggestion made by: @ricearoni2015
