Rally Spotlight, despite having around 38k copies and is listed at rate. However it has an mu of 184 and mt of 256. It should go down in rarity as with so many copies, this spoiler is treated as trash adds for balancing and isn’t wanted, making its mu very low, despite it being a very common item.
