The GTR was previously available in the Tier 4 safe (which costed 75k per safe), however it's been retired and now it became a limited.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
GTR Spoiler, it's too rare to see anywhere, whether in trades or on the island, and it's pretty certain that all its stats are inaccurate. Also, considering it's probably been out for a year or so, and most copies are simply sitting in forgotten inventories or are not being traded, its rarity should logically be adjusted.
