The Campout was previously obtainable from the Tier 4 safe (costing 75k per safe), since then it was retired and now became limited.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Campout can very easily be exchanged for other 250K items (such as Ice Crystal or Trion), and other 100K items struggle to get it on their own (such as DPad or Flame Spitter), due to it being quite difficult to spot in trading. It is also treated as a 250K add in bigger trades.
