The Diamond Engrave rim was obtainable in Season 10: "Rich & Famous" by reaching level 9.
Diamond Engrave is a rim that is quite difficult to find in trading. It has 8.7K copies with a low MU of ~123. Compared to other Very Rare rims such as Eurocloverleaf with 10.6K copies and a MU of ~100, these rims are very similar and there shouldn't be a reason for Diamond Engrave to not go up in rarity. UKHeritage is also a rim placed at Very Rare with 11.3K copies and a MU of ~109, which is very similar to Diamond Engrave. With everything considered, Diamond Engrave should move up in rarity as it is even rarer than some Very Rare rims. Suggestion made by: @ekm.x21
